🍳 How to Cook ▼

Soak 1 cup dal in water for 30 minutes. Drain and add to pressure cooker with 2.5 cups water. Cook for 3 whistles. For tarka: heat oil, add cumin, garlic, tomato, salt and chilli. Pour over cooked dal. Serve with roti or rice.
